Sheila is an engineer working as an executive coach (to a Master's Degree level). She gained her experience in the financial sector as a management consultant and manager before moving into coaching and recruiting technical professionals with leadership and communications skills.
Sheila is the founder of a Dutch-based training institute for endurance athletes, trainers and coaches. In addition, Sheila is the president of PWN Amsterdam and VP Network Strategy for PWN Global.
She is the mother of three boys and one girl and lives with her partner in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
