Robert Baker, Senior Partner & Global Client Director at Mercer is based in London and is responsible for Mercer’s relationships with a number of key global clients. He manages all aspects of the client relationship: ensuring Mercer understands the client’s business goals, structure and people issues and works with Mercer teams to develop solutions that meet the client’s needs. Robert has an active involvement in inclusion and, as well as his PWN Global Board role, participates on the steering committees for Mercer’s Women’s Networks. He is also a member of Mercer’s UK Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and contributes to blogs and social media sharing on gender balance
